The bathrooms have been outfitted with L’Occitane products to enjoy during your stay. This property also offers a screened in lanai porch overlooking a quiet pond in the back area of the unit. Sit and watch the tropical pond birds while you sip your morning coffee.

Community heated pool with lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and spa tub. Community spa and wellness center as well that you can book spa treatments on your own for an extra fee. Life size outdoor chess game and community fire pit.

EXTERIOR / PARKING:
The lanai is a beautiful feature of this home, overlooking a lush backyard. Great proximity to the resort style amenities.

There is a one-car garage where beach equipment and bikes are stored, not used for car storage. One assigned parking spot conveniently located close to the unit.

*If least term is longer than 6 mos, then utility expenses will be the responsibility of the tenant.
