While Analice was at Hartwood Landing, she was able to chat with Dyanna and Tatiana about the new community. They were happy to give us the inside scoop about everything that’s going on and to come. Dyanna explained this community is located right in Clermont, Florida. If you are unfamiliar with Clermont, it’s directly outside of Winter Garden and has some incredible topography with beautiful rolling hills.

Ideal Location
Location tends to be right at the top of the must-have list for many homebuyers. And Hartwood Landing just happens to be in an ideal place for those looking to be part of a growing and supportive community. In fact, this community actually lives within a project which will be similar to the Horizon West and Hamlin projects. It will have sports complexes, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, and more. This will also create 5000+ new jobs for Clermont. This is just a little indication of how large the project is and what’s to come.
Another highlight to the location of Hartwood Landing is, the infrastructure will be continued in that area. Meaning homebuyers will have easy access to the 429 and be able to get there from Schofield and Hancock.
