Director of Marketing
Job Description:
The Erica Diaz Team is a high-producing, fast-growing real estate team in Central Florida, and we are seeking a strategic, creative, and community-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand, marketing initiatives, and outreach efforts.
This leadership role is ideal for someone who understands Winter Garden and Central Florida, stays connected to local events and trends, and knows how to keep a real estate brand top-of-mind—both online and within the community, while bringing fresh ideas to engage our database and support prospecting efforts.
The Director of Marketing will work closely with the Listing Manager, Director of Operations, and Team Leader, while managing multiple creative and marketing contributors.
Role Overview
The Director of Marketing is responsible for owning and overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing the marketing team and vendors, controlling the marketing budget, and ensuring the Erica Diaz Team remains visible, consistent, and relevant within our database and local communities.
This role leads social media, events, digital marketing, print, and creative execution—while proactively bringing new ideas for growth, engagement, and prospecting.
This is not a support role. This is a hands-on leadership position with full ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
Directly manage and oversee:
- Photographer / Videographer
- Digital Marketing Specialist
- Social Media & Event Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
- Setting expectations, timelines, and KPIs
- Ensuring accountability and brand consistency
- Coordinating workflows, approvals, and deliverables
- Managing vendors and creative partners
Social Media, Events & Community Presence
- Oversee and guide all social media strategy and execution
- Lead planning and execution of team-hosted and community events
- Proactively identify events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase visibility
- Ensure strong presence at key Winter Garden and Central Florida happenings
- Align community involvement with brand messaging and storytelling
Database Engagement & Prospecting Strategy
- Develop creative strategies to engage our database (past clients, sphere, and leads)
- Build integrated campaigns combining:
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Targeted direct mail to farm communities
- Events and community outreach
- Digital advertising
- Ensure marketing supports lead nurturing, retention, and long-term brand growth
Listing & Agent Marketing
- Work closely with the Listing Manager to ensure flawless listing marketing execution
- Oversee listing launch timelines, including:
- Photography & video
- Digital and print assets
- Social media promotion
- Support agent branding and marketing initiatives as needed
Budget, Strategy & Systems
- Manage and control the marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Organize marketing initiatives using project management tools
- Experience with Monday.com is a plus
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with:
- Director of Operations
- Listing Manager
- Erica Diaz
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, spend, and results
- Continuously bring forward ideas, improvements, and growth strategies
- Conflict of Interest & Brand Exclusivity (Important)
- This role requires full focus and brand alignment.
Candidates must not currently own, operate, or actively participate in any marketing, content, photography, videography, or branding business that provides services to real estate agents, brokerages, teams, or industry professionals. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed during the application process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role (Real estate experience strongly preferred). Marketing management: 3 years
- Highly creative with strong strategic and execution skills
- Strong knowledge of Winter Garden and Central Florida
- Experience managing social media, events, digital marketing, and print
- Experience leading team members and coordinating vendors
- Strong budget management and ROI-focused decision making
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, in-office position
- Occasional evenings or weekends for planned events
- Fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Pay: $69,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
