The new construction community is right off of Highway 197 and sandwiched between Highway 50 and Highway 192. There’s no better location than this! If an easy and convenient commute is one of your must-have items on your dream home list, this community checks the box.

Olympus Project

Adjacent to the north of Ridgeview in Clermont, Florida is the Olympus Project. Olympus is spearheading the Wellness Way project that is coming to Clermont.   • Bicycling –  Choose from 7 miles of paved roads or over 20 miles of unpaved roads to bike. Bike rentals are available at the Dixie Lake Picnic Area, click here for more information.
  • Boating – While boats are welcome on the lake, there is no public boat ramp. The nearest public ramp is located in Palatlakaha River Park at 12325 Hull Road, Clermont, FL.
  • Camping – There are 60 full-facility campsites in Lake Louisa. Click here to make reservations up to 11 months out.
  • Equestrian Camping
  • Primitive Camping
  • Primitive, Group Camping
  • Fishing – There are 5 lakes were fishing is allowed: Lake Louisa, Dixie Lake, Hammond Lake, Bear Lake and Smokehouse Lake.
  • Geo-Seeking – Geocaching is an outdoor game. It’s played using GPS devices to discover the hidden treasure. It’s fun for all ages.
  • Hiking – There are over 20 miles of hiking trails to explore.
  • Horseback Riding – There are 15 miles of tails available for riding.
  • Mountain Biking – There are over 20 miles of trails to bike on. These are the same trails used for hiking an horseback riding.
  • Paddling – Canoeing and kayaking are allowed.
  • Picnicking – Picnic areas can be found at both the Lake Louisa & Dixie Lake day-use areas.

Ridgeview in Clermont does not have a CDD, but they do have amenities such as a pool, cabana, and tot lot! With no CDD there is only a low HOA fee of $85 a month to call this community home.
