Ride The West Orange Trail

Beat the heat, and get out on the 22.26 miles of paved trail starting in the city of Winter Garden, through downtown Apopka. Take a stroll, glide on your blade or bring your bike, experience the natural beauty of Central Florida at your own pace. Trails are open to everyone from sunrise to sunset. Bike rentals are available at each trailhead.

(The West Orange Trail will soon be part of the 250-mile Coast to Coast (C2C) Connector Trail providing a paved trail route from the Florida’s Atlantic coast to Florida’s Gulf coast.)

Central Florida Train and Heritage Museum

For train and railroad enthusiasts of all ages, visit the Central Florida Train and Heritage Museum. Explore the rich and unique history of the railroad in Winter Garden.

The Garden Theater

Wander down Plant Street long enough and you will notice the pavement starts to change. Little movie ticket stubs with donor names lead you all the way to Winter Garden’s Retro American Theatre; The Garden Theatre. A mix of theatrical performances and cinema, a kid friendly experience with sing along movies and performances, featuring kid faves you won’t want to skip over. The Garden Theatre is an artistic staple in the center of Winter Garden.
