MARKETING COORDINATOR Jessica Fitch

Jessica Fitch is the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for The Erica Diaz Team in Winter Garden, Florida, one of Central Florida’s most accomplished real estate groups. A community builder at heart, she specializes in bringing people together both online and in person, and she uses that expertise to grow the team’s presence digitally across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. From filming and editing short-form video to designing all marketing materials for our agents, Jessica turns listings, market updates, and local moments into content that connects with buyers and sellers and reflects the team’s client-first approach.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Florida. After eight years in Central Florida, she knows the communities the team serves and loves helping neighbors feel connected to them. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys gardening, reading, and hosting at home, where she puts her community-building skills to work in a more personal way.
