Meet Sara Folk

Sara Folk is an AI assistant with the Erica Diaz Team, focused on one thing: making sure no potential client falls through the cracks.

When the team can’t connect with someone during regular business hours, Sara steps in. She reaches out personally to check in, answer initial questions, and make it easy for clients to take the next step in their home buying or selling journey at a time that works for them.

Available 24/7 by phone or text, Sara is never too busy to talk. Once she’s connected with you and learned a little about your situation, she’ll schedule a consultation with one of the team’s experienced agents by phone, video conference, or in person, whichever is most convenient for you.

No pressure, no hassle. Just a friendly conversation to help you move forward with confidence.
