It’s also the closest of these communities to Lake Apopka.

The Esplanade includes single-family homes, villas, and condos, so residents have many home options to choose from. It also provides easy access to Highway 50 and Florida’s Turnpike, offering easier commutes into Orlando and the surrounding areas.

Summit Greens’ amenities include a 28,000 square-foot clubhouse, two swimming pools, a wellness and fitness center, bocce and shuffleboard courts, a softball field, and tennis courts. The community also offers over 40 clubs and scheduled activities, such as exercise classes and social clubs. There is plenty for residents to do here!

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT: When Summit Greens was first built in 2006, it was open to residents younger than age 55, making this a more youthful community overall.
