Lake Front Living
Sanctuary at Twin Waters is home to 3,500 feet of lake front property. Each lot on the lake is approximately 90 feet wide by 150 feet deep. It doesn’t get much better than that. Thanks to the large lots providing plenty of space, each of the homes on lakefront property is large enough for it’s very own pool!
Homeowners who build on the lake lots will be able to enjoy the views of the private, clean, freshwater, natural lake. There is also conservation areas on the other side, and it’s zoned rural, so there will most likely never be anything built there. Giving you picturesque views of Florida’s natural beauty always.
If you dream of building a dock on your lake home, you just might be able to. There are 15 homesites that are approved for their own docs within the Sanctuary at Twin Waters community. Floor Plans

The homes in the community are a variety of 8 different floor plans. There’s something to accommodate every family’s lifestyle. From those dreaming of a single-story home as well as those who prefer two-story homes. Single-Story Homes
There are three single-story home for plans built throughout the community. The smallest is 2500 sq ft. Which is not small at all and it also has a three car garage. The room is located upstairs, which would technically then turn the single-story home into a two-story. This would also give you more square footage if this option is added.
Two-Story Homes
There are five two-story home floor plan options throughout the neighborhood. Their square footage starts at 3,200 sq ft and goes all the way up to 4,700 sq ft. The new build homes in this community do not lack any space!
The Serenity is a new floor plan of M/I Homes. It’s been available for about a year now and is an absolute homebuyer’s favorite! It has the master on the first floor. It also has the option for a second master upstairs. This is popular for those who have parents moving in as well. Providing everybody with their own space in the home.
