Get with a lender and get pre-approved! Not just any lender, but our team is here to help match you with THE lender that’s right for YOU. It’s crucial to build a relationship with your lender. This step is an IMPORTANT one, but it doesn’t have to be complicated! 

Inventory is low, which means houses are selling almost as soon as they are listed. We don’t was you to miss out on the perfect home. Being pre-approved will ensure that no time is lost when we find the house of your dreams! But you might be asking yourself what you need to get this process going? Guess what? Get Prequalified

Supply your lender with the information they need to get you prequalified, such as: 

  • NAME
  • DATE OF BIRTH
  • SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
  • INCOME
  • DEBTS

Once you are prequalified, you will know what you can afford. Your lender will even tell you what you need for a down payment! This will help you decide on a budget. But prequalified doesn’t mean pre-approved just yet. You will need to provide a little more information for your lender to be fully pre-approved.

  • All info from prequalification
  • Last two years tax returns and W2’s or 1099’s
  • Last 30-day paycheck stubs
  • Last two months of bank statements
