Analice with the Erica Diaz Team recently went out to the Hartwood Landing new home community by Dream Finders Homes to see what amazing things they are bringing to Central Florida. This new-build community is situated in an ideal location in Clermont, Florida.
While Analice was at Hartwood Landing, she was able to chat with Dyanna and Tatiana about the new community. They were happy to give us the inside scoop about everything that’s going on and to come. Dyanna explained this community is located right in Clermont, Florida. If you are unfamiliar with Clermont, it’s directly outside of Winter Garden and has some incredible topography with beautiful rolling hills.
Location tends to be right at the top of the must-have list for many homebuyers.
