The community does offer a pool, so you do not even need to worry about the hassle of building one and maintaining one if you do not want to. At the Design Center, you can pick all of the finishings and options you want, granted they fit into your budget, of course, as everything does come at a price. While some items are included, some may be a minor upcharge or a more extravagant cost based upon the level cabinet, carpet, and flooring you choose.
Build Times
Build times are ranging from seven to nine months currently, with an emphasis on nine months. The supply chain seems to be short everywhere, and this is also true in building homes. While KB would love to get you into your home as soon as possible, unfortunately, they are also at the mercy of the supplies they need. Windows for one seem to be taking extra long these days.
No Short-term Rentals
Homes in this community are strictly residential. There is no allowance of renting out for short-term rentals such as Airbnb. You can, however, rent out your home for a long-term rental, but short term is strictly forbidden. This is great for homeowners, as it makes for a much happier community and one where you can get to know your neighbors.
Close to It All
This new-build community neighborhood in Davenport is just down the street from Margaritaville. A gorgeous new hotel featuring a fun tiki bar and great restaurants. There are also numerous restaurants close by like Chuys (always a favorite by locals and tourists alike). Retail shops like Target, and many other things to do in the area, including mini-golf just down the street.
The c community is also just a short drive to Lake Louisa Park. This natural theme park in Clermont is perfect for spending the day or even camping. From camping to glamping and more, this 4,372-acre park is gorgeous. If you love animals, keep your eyes out while visiting as there is lots of wildlife living in the park. You could see osprey, deer, bobcats, tortoises, eagles, and more. There are three significant lakes to enjoy. Lake Louisa, Hammond, and Dixie with the opportunity to paddleboard, kayak, and canoe. You can also bicycle on the park’s seven miles of paved roads leading over beautiful rolling hills. There are also 20 miles of unpaved trails available for multi-use. Lake Louisa is definitely a bonus of living so close to Clermont.
