Lucky for you, we tired Suncreek Brewery in Clermont , and in our opinion, it’s totally worth a rave! It’s a great little craft beer brewery with some tasty options for eats too. The industrial vibe is great, and kids and dogs are welcome too, making it a great place for the whole family to enjoy!
The Vibe at Suncreek Brewery in Clermont
The spacious brewery is located in historic downtown Clermont. It’s right off of Minneola Ave, minutes from the lake and some of Clermont’s most popular boutiques. The expansive taproom is complete with two sections for dining, featuring about 15 low top tables, a handful of high top tables and ample seating at both the bar. The exposed concrete walls and open ceiling give the entire place an industrial feel, while the wood-paneled walls and indoor picnic tables make it feel warm and inviting.
From the bar, you can peek over the railing and down into the space where all the magic happens. Four giant beer tanks sit up against the downstairs wall, adding to the ambiance of the entire place and serving as the starting point for all of the liquid goodness that the brewery has to offer.
Outside, there are about 20 tables under a shaded covering and additional picnic benches in the sun. The front of the brewery overlooks Minneola Ave, providing a perfect people-watching spot while you enjoy your beer.
Florida Craft Beer
The bar features a large number of unique beer taps, and a description of each on a convenient flat screen right above the taps. According to their website, when it comes to the types of beers they offer, they “aim for the middle and then go a little off course.” From Red Ales and IPAs to Chocolate Milk Stouts and NEIPAs, the beer menu is always changing and offering beers from local breweries across the state. Suncreek is all about the cold glass, the perfect amount of foam and the fresh taste of local brews. Suncreek Brewery in Clermont is a place to venture out of your beer-inspired comfort zone and try something new!
Two flat screen TVs sit above the bar, and one on the other side of the dining area, perfect for watching sports. The staff is upbeat and friendly, and they know their beers. They are happy to offer pairing suggestions based on your mood or usual beer preferences. Sitting at the bar at Suncreek is comfortable and laid back, just like a brewery should be.
Beer To Go
Suncreek Brewery also offers beer to go. Making it easy for you to bring all your favorite local beers right to your home. Ordering is a breeze. Simply visit their website and clic on the Beer To Go tab in the top right corner. Then pick from the variety of beers they have to choose from and place an order.
The brewery offers curbside pickup daily until 8pm. Choose from 4 pack or tall boys, there’s something for everyone.
Onsite Restaurants
What pairs best with craft beer? Mac and cheese and pizza of course! Lucky for you, there are two, locals favorite, restaurants onsite at the Suncreek Brewery. When you plan a visit to the brewery make sure you come thirsty and hungry.
The Brewery, Mac’d Out Clermont, and Michael’s Ali Coal Fired Pizza are each their own entity. So, while you will have to make separate order, don’t worry, the process is easy. Simply, you walk up to the counter of the place you’d like to order from. There are menus located above on TV screens. Once the order is placed, find yourself a seat inside or outside. When your food is ready, you’ll get a text letting you know the food is ready and can be picked up back at the counter.
Mac’d Out Clermont
Mac’d Out Clermont, is a local favorite, and a cheese lovers dream come true! Here they make made-to-order mac and cheese. Think of the comfort food you know and love with an artisan twist. There are so many toppings to choose from like bacon, buffalo sauce, chicken and more. Just one bite and your tastebuds will thank you!
Michael’s Ali Coal Fired Pizza
We think beer and pizza pair perfectly. And apparently Suncreek Brewery does too! Grab yourself a cold beer then head on over to the Michael Ali’s Coal Fired Pizza counter to order one of their amazing pizzas. From “serious pies” like buffalo chicken and the steak, gorgonzola. Feeling brave? Order the chicken wings with the crazy sauce!
While the brewery is still fairly new to the area, it seems to be a Clermont community hot spot. The fact that it offers a family friendly (kids and dogs welcome) environment is a huge plus. Keep an eye out for the bright orange Suncreek Brewery car magnets and stickers popping up throughout the city as locals begin to declare their love for this new local hangout.
