It is the perfect combination of quiet residential neighborhoods, sprawling golf courses, impressive lakefront homes, and an active and friendly community.

Living in Windermere makes you feel like you belong to something important.

Popular Windermere Developments

Windermere is not the kind of community that is continually seeing new growth and development. It is a well-established community of both new and older homes. In Windermere, there is a neighborhood and a home for everyone. Smaller, older neighborhoods feature established homes on large lots, quiet winding roads, community playgrounds and neighbors who have been friends for years. Windermere has an abundance of gated communities, offering residents larger and more extravagant homes with an added sense of privacy and security.

Silver Woods

Silver Woods is located on the outskirts of Windemere, off of Apopka Vineland Road, across the street from Holy Family Catholic Church. Homes in this neighborhood were built in the late 80’s and sit on large lots. Most homes here are single-story homes and surrounded by mature trees and native shrubs. Homes here average around $375K

Belmere Village

Homes in Belmere Village average about 2100 square feet and were built in the early 2000’s. Belmere Village is a gated community and many of the homes here have private pools and shaded lanis. Homes in this community average around $350K

Windermere Downs

Every home in Windermere Downs is as unique as the family that lives there. While many of the homes in this neighborhood have been around since the 70s, many have seen extensive upgrades to compete with some of the newest developments in the area. This neighborhood is known for its mature trees, quiet streets and tucked away location in the quiet wooded area of Windermere. These large homes average about 3,000 square feet and start in the low $500K range.

Isleworth

When people think of Windemere, they almost always think about Isleworth’s tall privacy walls covered in vines, the manned entrance gate, and the sprawling mansions tucked far away from the main road. Pro athletes call this neighborhood home, and these homes are some of the most impressive in the area. Homes here range from $2M-10M and come in a variety of floor plans and styles. These extravagant homes often feature guesthouses, golf cart parking, private theatre rooms, private pools, lanais and entertainment areas, and 4-5 car garages. Homes range from 7,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet and are the definition of luxury living.
