By incorporating Florida nature with the construction of new homes it creates an atmosphere that is less claustrophobic than many new build communities.

The historic downtown area of Winter Garden is quaint and very popular local hang out. Providing unique shops and restaurants, it’s a family oriented area for of activities and events.

A popular aspect of living near downtown Winter Garden is scoring a home within the Golf Cart District. Not all neighborhoods near downtown Winter Garden are part of the Golf Cart District. Luckily Oakland Park is! It is one of the last connectors that is included in the Golf Cart District. It’s a huge plus to be able to hop on your golf cart and head downtown to enjoy dinner shopping or even just an evening cruise.

West orange trail

With the West Orange Trail going right through Oakland Park it encourages residents to interact with nature and neighbors. The west orange trail provides easy access for residents to explore the outdoors with a quiet walk, or a bike ride with friends. This popular trail provides 22 miles of path that winds through Florida’s nature and popular entertainment spots. With a trail like this in the neighborhood you won’t have an excuse to not enjoy the lovely outdoors all year round.
