Erica Diaz
Erica is the head agent of the team. She is an avid leader and real estate agent. All aspects of the buying and selling process excite her including the simultaneous close of a sale and purchase on the same day. It’s her specialty. As a high-level marketer and knowledgable real estate agent she will sell your home quickly and for the highest value!
She and her family live in the heart of Winter Garden and know the area well. She has years of real estate experience in both the buying and selling processes.
She is most passionate about family and community. Her family recently welcomed a new baby by way of adoption. Their journey sparked a light in her heart to help others through their adoption journies as well. Thus Addendum 185 was born. The nonprofit offers support and financial help to families hoping to adopt.
Nick MacGrath
Nick lives with his family in Apopka, close to the downtown Winter Garden area. He’s been on the Erica Diaz Team for 2 years. It’s the daily interaction with people that he loves about being a Realtor. He’s ready and excited to help you find your perfect home! He’s always on top of the newest listings in the area.
When Nick is not helping clients buy and sell homes, he’s typically working in the yard. He’s also an aspiring woodworker and spends his free time creating cool things. He also loves spending a lot of time with his wife and children.
Denise Pellegrino
Denise has been part of the Erica Diaz Team for 3 years. She knows what it takes to find a buyer their perfect home. It’s easy to see that she puts hard work and passion into all aspects of her real estate career. If you are looking for a home she’ll find you one guaranteed!
Denise and her family have been long-time residents of the charming town of Oakland. Their favorite thing to do when they are not spending time at home is travel!
Ashley Wilt
Ashley recently joined the team about 7 months ago. She knows all the ins and outs of the home buying and selling process. Her favorite part of real estate is helping first-time homebuyers through all the steps of buying their first home. Negotiations on behalf of her clients are her specialty.
Ashley is a resident of Winter Garden. She has a creative side and loves to plan themed parties and refurbish furniture!
Kinga Pope
Kinga is Central Florida’s top Hungarian realtor. She’s been on the team for almost 3 years. If you are coming from abroad, she’s a great asset to have in your home buying process. She’s closed hundreds of deals and many of them have been with international clients.
Kinga calls Winter Garden home, and on her off time, enjoys a good game of golf and simply spending time with the family.
Justin V. LaManna

Yesseika Acosta
Yesseika is extremely family-oriented. This plays into her determination to help local families find their dream home. She has a customer-focused attitude and always goes the extra mile to make every client happy. She’s been a wonderful addition to the team for 2 years and counting.
Yesseika and her family live in Horizon West (the up-and-coming area of Winter Garden). When she’s not assisting clients, she’s spending time with her family at Disney or traveling to someplace new!
Obed Diaz
Obed has a successful history with real estate in Winter Garden and surrounding areas. He pays close attention to the details, which makes him great at finding his client’s amazing homes. He’s been on the Erica Diaz Team for 3 years!
Obed and his wife are residents of Clermont. When he’s not buying or selling homes you can find him playing music!

Bella has both passion and drive for finding clients their dream home. She is highly motivated and ready to help you buy and sell. She’s been a team member for almost 2 years now and her dedication to finding you your perfect home is unstoppable.
Bella lives in Winter Garden. Spending time with her family is a top priority. However, when she has the chance, Bella enjoys running and traveling.
Mary Jo Beasley
Mary Jo brings years of experience to the table when it comes to helping you find your dream home. No two days are alike in the real estate world, and that’s what she enjoys the most. She loves meeting so many different people and getting to assist them in finding their dream home! She will help you sell your home quickly and for the most value. She’s coming up on 2 years with the team.
Residing in Winter Garden with her family. Mary Jo enjoys an active e lifestyle with her son who plays baseball. When we are not at the ballfield, we enjoy going to the beach/pool, playing golf, watching movies, traveling (Staycations mostly these days!), and spending time with friends, family, and our puppy!
Cassie
Cassie’s been an asset to the team for 4 years! Being a real estate agent suits her perfectly as she is passionate about helping others. Her favorite perk is getting to know people from all over the world and helping them find their perfect home in Central Florida.
Cassie has a busy life at home with her husband and four kids. Their time together typically consists of sports (playing & watching), date nights, and girl\’s nights!
Jay
Jay is one of the newest members to join the team. His favorite thing as a realtor thus far is helping and educating clients on how the process of selling or buying a home works. Then assist them in getting the best deal possible!
Jay lives in Apopka. For fun, he usually spends time with his daughter, whether it’s going to the beach, the pool, the park or just hanging out on the couch. He also loves to cook, so it’s likely you can find him in the kitchen in the evening whipping up a meal for the family.
Kyle
Kyle recently joined the Erica Diaz Team in June 2021. Being a real estate agent is the perfect fit for him as he loves to interact with people. As a real estate agent, he now enjoys meeting and helping people from all over the world.
Born and raised in Ocoee, Kyle now calls Winter Garden home. He is the high school baseball coach at West Orange and also coaches and plays baseball with his two boys.
Christian
Christian is our newest addition to the Erica Diaz Team. He joined the team just two weeks ago! He is a perfect fit for the team as he is a natural people person. Getting to build relationships with both his clients and the team is what he enjoys the most.
Living in Oakland is perfect for Christian and his active lifestyle. He gets in a game of Pickleball, Tennis, or Spikeball any chance he has.
