Social Media Marketer

The Erica Diaz Team is looking to hire a full-time Social Media Marketer on-site in Winter Garden, Florida. This employee will be responsible for the schedules of and content creation for new, pending, and closed property listings, with posts,. stories and reels. This individual will manage the Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Google My Business pages; as well as work with the Marketing Director, Bloggers and Photographer to ensure consistency across platforms (Youtube, Website, etc.).

This user should be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). And be familiar with laying out ads for digital as well as publications.  When required, this specialist may do local marketing and client appreciation drop-offs to maintain community relationships.

Salary: $30k plus Social Performance Pay (Up to $1,000/mo)
