Have a morning exercise routine? Not a problem as you have easy access to the Legacy Trail for biking and walking. You are also close to the YMCA, public tennis courts and water park. Then, after your physical workout you can come home and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and the peaceful tranquil views from the extra roomy lanai of your “home away from home”. Dine at the numerous restaurants on Main Street in Downtown Sarasota or St. Armand’s Circle. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. WIFI is included. Association application and approval required ($250 application & gate registration fee). Prices based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($300), Booking fee ($250), Sales and Resort Taxes (13%) and Travel Insurance (if requested & purchased at the time of booking).
