Internet is provided with 500mbps from Frontier. Off the living room is the full bathroom with a new vanity and walk in shower. The large lanai is full of windows that slide up or down to get the coastal breeze and view
the water, the perfect place to enjoy evening meals. A smart lock on the front door is used for access and a personal code will be provided to you before check-in. There is a parking pad in front of the home where you can park 2 vehicles. Fantastic location with 8 beaches and 2 theme parks within an hour. Less than 2 hours to Disney World. Reserve this home and “Coconut Cottage” (next door) together for large groups and room for up to 8 guests! This home is located on a quiet, dead-end residential street. Many of the occupants of the neighborhood live here seasonally. Walking distance to the bus stop on Hwy 19 and the Walmart Supercenter is right across the highway. Most destinations will require a vehicle. Minimum stay requirement is 30 days. Dogs welcome with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per animal.
