6 month minimum stay. Welcome to Briar Patch! This adorable townhome is located in the 55+ community of Briar Patch and has everything that you will need for your stay. In addition to your standard dishes, the kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, slow cooker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, full size fridge/freezer, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. Smart TVs are provided for streaming in the living room and both bedrooms. Starter amounts of coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and paper goods are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A laundry closet with washer and dryer is provided for guests to use. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and access to the lanai. Down the hall is the downstairs full bathroom with a walk in shower. The upstairs bedroom is ‘loft style’ and features a queen bed, walk in closet, and on-suite bathroom with a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The upstairs bedroom also has a desk with a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse. A smart lock on the front door is used for access and a personal code will be provided to you before check-in. Vehicle parking is available for 1 car in the driveway, the garage is not included in the rental. If an additional parking space is needed, a guest parking permit can be obtained. The guest parking lot is a few minutes walk from the home. The community of Briar Patch is welcoming and features a gated community pool. Fantastic location nearby to downtown New Port Richey, Sam’s Club, and several beaches. Tarpon Springs – 15 minutes, TPA – 40 minutes, Clearwater Beach – 50 minutes, downtown St Petersburg – 55 minutes, Disney World – 1 hour 45 minutes.

This property is managed by Getaways Rental Management. Upon booking, guests will be contacted by Getaways Rental Management to deliver check in information and answer any questions. All guests are required to sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking – failure to do so many result in cancelation of the reservation.
