It is a total of $70 to apply per person, all applicants must apply separately. Only completed applications will be processed.

To apply, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the application for $25. Ensure that you hit “Submit” and the application is in submitted status.
Step 2: Check email and follow instructions to complete screening/credit and background email request for $45.
Step 3: Upload requested proof of income and ID.

To qualify for park approval, applicants need to have at least a 650 credit score and be able to pass a background check. The RV park’s application fee is an additional $50 for the unit (not per person).
