Have a small pet? They could be welcome too after review from the management. There is a $200 1-time non-refundable pet fee for each pet when you move in. Water/trash is a bill back each month from management. Credit score needs to be 550 or above for consideration. The application fee is $40 just a small investment to make sure we’re a perfect fit!
