You have your own driveway and carport with a screened in porch in the back and a privacy fenced in back yard. This unit provides a nice size living room and an additional space for a second living room or an office. Washer and dryer are included but will not be maintained by the owner. Lawn is tenant responsibility. Utilities are not included in rental amount. To qualify we ask that you make 3 times the rent, no evictions, or violet charges.
