DURING APPLICATION:

1. Complete in detail the online rental application for ALL adults.
Incomplete application will not be processed.
2. Application fees are not refundable.
3. Application response can take 5 business days.
4. Cash, checks or money orders are not accepted.
5. NO COHABITATION. Any Unauthorized person living in the property,
without PRIOR written approval of landlord/ and or management, ITS a
violation of the lease agreement WITH SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.
This policy is in place to maintain safety, occupancy limits, prevent street
parking overcrowding, and to comply with Home Owners Association and local
regulations.

IF APPROVED BY LANDORD:

1. Full payment of move in money is due immediately, after written
approval, thru the Online Remax Rental Portal:
First month, any partial month prorations, Security Deposit, One time Set up
Processing Fee $159. Pet monthly fee $30.00.
2. Pay for HOA application fee. Where applicable.
3. Lease agreement is drafted for signatures of all parties, after 3
bus. Days of payment of move in funds.
4. On move in date. Tenant is responsible to set up all utilities
under their name.
5. Tenant insurance is required prior to move in.
