Once you build your dream home, it will be out the back door and on to your fishing boat and out to the bay or the Gulf for some of the best fishing anywhere and you will have direct access to Charlotte Harbor and to the Gulf Of Mexico. And when you do not need any more fish, then off to boating up to Sarasota visiting one of their many Yacht Clubs or fine restaurants. And, maybe your journey will be to the south towards the Keys stopping along the way at Naples for a shopping day.
