The rent includes Electric, Water, and Internet. This is a 5-bedroom home and will be maxed out at 4 occupants only. You must have a verifiable job and your own transportation. Other Roommates will not be responsible for new tenant transportation. Also, no commercial vehicles (Per HOA regulation), and you will be limited to bringing just one vehicle. Note: If you agree to live at this property, a background check will be done. Home is not an alternative for extra storage; if you need extra space, you’ll have to get that on your own. This home is monitored with surveillance cameras in general areas that everyone shares, (Not in tenants’ rooms).
