The Plan

29 Palms is the next big thing coming to the Ocoee real estate market. It is set to be one part of City Center West Orange, a $400M project that will change the way people live, work and play in the Central Florida area. What’s the Current Status

After five years of careful planning and designing, the official groundbreaking ceremony for this urban lifestyle community was held on April 2018. Development then ensued quickly after. The next couple of years were devoted to creating roads, laying pipes, and distributing dirt throughout for proper building. Covid-19 also slowed things down quite a bit.

A major build project like 29 Palms and City Center West Orange takes years and years. Eventually 29 Palms will expand into one of the most sought after condo communities in the area. There will be 1,720 condos for sale and will feature 200,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The community will be completed in phases.
